Dashboard for Event Officer #461

Open MartinWahnschaffe opened 6 years ago

The rumor manager needs a dashboard showing the map with all events on the left and a list of new events on the right.

Different from the mockup below:

@MartinWahnschaffeSymeda As shown in the mockup, all content still applies, the only difference from our experience in Nigeria is the rearrangement. Let me explain. So the map is the main catch for the rumor officer showing the following:

  1. All cases (confirmed, suspected, probable etc.
  2. All event markers as created by the rumor officers
  3. All contacts (confirmed contacts) including those who have become symptomatic
  4. Available feature layers like rivers, hospitals, schools, churches, mosques etc
  5. Available road routes, transport route, airports, sea ports, land ports etc

It is important to show the geo points by address of persons as well as the different features in their exact spots on the map.

Added to this dynamic map, the other content on the mock-up then can be rearranged to fit the above concept. E.g New alerts by disease, alerts conversions (cases who were generated from rumors, and rumors which occur during outbreaks and during routine surveillance. Also added to this option, we discussed a floating social media feed for easy access to social media news about infectious diseases (#465) It is also important to rename alerts to Events as discussed earlier

@hzi-braunschweig Alerts conversion is not clear right now. Alert type (230/121) and new alerts could probably be merged.

What also needs to be considered here are events coming in from the field via a sms service or a SORMAS community app. This would be kind of an event management system that will also need a dashboard.
