[DEMIS Interface] Introduce further lab messages user rights

Situation Description

Lab messages can be deleted by many users at the moment, which causes some discomfort for some administrators. Therefore, they would like to restrict the option to delete lab messages to a limited number of users.

Feature Description

Considering further possible right options for lab messages, introduce the following user rights for the LIMS module:

• LAB_MESSAGES_DELETE : Only users with this right should be able to delete lab messages.

  • Admin
  • Admin Surveillance Supervisor

• LAB_MESSAGES_VIEW : Users with this right can view the lab messages directory and details.

  • National User
  • Admin Surveillance Supervisor
  • Surveillance Supervisor
  • Surveillance Officer
  • Case Officer
  • Contact Supervisor
  • Contact Officer
  • Event Officer
  • National Clinician

• LAB_MESSAGE_EDIT : Users with this right can process, download and mark lab messages.

  • National User
  • Admin Surveillance Supervisor
  • Surveillance Supervisor
  • Surveillance Officer
  • Case Officer
  • Contact Supervisor
  • Contact Officer
  • National Clinician

• LAB_MESSAGE_BULK : User with this right can use the bulk edit mode on the lab messages directory.

Additional Information

The Admin does not have the view right but delete right because if a user receives view rights through another user, they should be able to delete messages when combined with the admin.
