Link TravelEntries to contacts and event participants [5]

Situation Description

Concept issue for travel entries: #5489

Feature Description

For all the new elements, ONLY show them if the TRAVEL_ENTRY_MANAGEMENT feature configuration is enabled.

Contacts and event participants

• Add a relatedTravelEntry field to the contact and event participant entities and DTOs
• Extend the user access to travel entries by all travel entries of contacts and event participants they can access
• Add "Resulting contacts" and "Resulting event participants" lists to the right side of the travel entry form (identical to the lists in the person form, but without disease information), including create options
• Event participant creation should work similarly to linking a case to an event from within the case form
• Contact creation should work similarly to linking a case to a source contact within the case epidemiological data form
• Add a "Travel entry" list to contact epi data and event participants (after contacts; make sure that the caption is singular), identical to the list for cases (see above); both lists may only allow one single travel entry, never more

Exposures

• Add a relatedTravelEntry field to exposures
• Extend the exposure form by a dropdown that allows to select a travel entry that is connected to its case/contact and that is only visible if the exposure type TRAVEL has been selected (similar behaviour to the existing dropdown to select a source contact); store this travel entry in the new field
• Find a way to add a link to the linked travel entry to the "Type of activity" (e.g. by adding a link called "Linked travel entry" in brackets behind the type of activity name, including a link icon to hint at the user opening a new page when they click on it)

@MateStrysewske @kwa20 @JaquM Question please:

• When linking travel entry (te) to contact, does it mean the contact occurred while the person was travelling? Similar to ep, how is the te related to the event?
• I have a feeling that the linkages are so many and may confuse the users.
• What about going through the person form and do the linkage by creating other entities (contact, ep) using the person data. In this way, in can be interpreted as: the te person is the same as the contact or ep person, thus preventing direct linkages between ep or contacts and te.

@bernardsilenou From my understanding, linking a travel entry to a contact means that the person had contact to a case during the travel, and linking it to an event means that the person took part in that event during the travel.
