Rename caption for kindergargen/after school care to kindergarden

Feature Description

The backed variable for facility named KINDERGARTEN has the front end caption Kindergarden/After school care. There is another database entry called AFTER_SCHOOL, thus resulting in duplicate or dependence among the enums.

Problem Description

• We can rename the caption for kindergarten/after school care to Kindergarten
• This would then result in distinct enums for: school, Kindergarten, after school facility/care
