SORMAS (Surveillance, Outbreak Response Management and Analysis System) is an early warning and management system to fight the spread of infectious diseases.
With the implementation of #6889 users are asked to specify whether a case was admitted to the hospital as an inpatient when changing the facility to hospital. This is not currently asked for when creating a case. To provide consistency upon creation compared to editing forms, this entry should be made available on the creation form as well.
Feature Description
When HOSPITAL is selected as the place of stay on the case creation form, show the admittedToHealthFacility field below the place of stay fields
The entry made on the creation form should be saved for the current hospitalization
