Add option to directly enter the home address of the case person on creation form [2]

Situation Description

Currently, users have to first create the case and then enter the the home address of the case person. However, this is data that is usually collected as the minimal initial data. Therefore, users would like to be able to enter the home address directly

Feature Description

• Add a check box to the bottom of the case creation form, caption: 'Enter the home address of the case person now'
  • upon selection, extend the form with the case person home address fields and visually divide them as seen for samples and directly entered pathogen tests.

• Can we add the DE only tag? In this way we can easily add to the workflow of web app only.

@bernardsilenou Can you explain why this feature wouldn't be helpful for other users as well? In terms of what we talked about in regards to the app recently, we might indeed not need it for the app if the workflow guides the user through the person page anyway.

• Yes please, it is good that we do not add it to the mobile app.
• We are already collect the region, district and community for place of stay and also for responsible jurisdiction on the case. This give us information about the community of the address of the person.
• The reason of not adding it to case form it just about to make sure that we do not ask for to much information at case creation in order not t discourage users from using the system.
• The additional location variables are mainly needed for management purposes and for many diseases in the system, these additional location information never documented.
• To me, the current case creation form is already at its maximum, it should be something that users can complete it in less then a minute. After saving, the user can then go to other tabs to complete more data.

• I can remember that we had a request some years ago, to have a complete case creation form, similar to the design of this issue but including more attributes of the case, person, etc ie users can scroll down and just add as many information during case creation.
• What do you think about designing a general case form for web only with options for users/ admins to add as many variables as they want + option to active it or not on their server.

These are some variables that were added over time In this sprint we would also have the hospitalization added to case creation form, so the list just keeps growing
