Development documentation for macOS #7842

There is little to no information for developers using macOS. Information and the necessary documentation will go a long way to help developers reduce the turnaround time to set up the server and begin work. An alternative bash script could also be provided for macOS users for server setup and update.

@Iyanuu Could you please document the problems you're facing as you try to set up SORMAS on your Mac please? I think we have a few developers who are using a Mac as well (@BarnaBartha e.g. if I'm not mistaken - feel free to tag someone else you're aware of, Barna) and who could hopefully assist you.

@Iyanuu Just found issue, never mind the comment on gitter to open one then :)

Please checkout sormas-cargoserver as another way to develop and run SORMAS.

It should be as easy as changing directory to sormas-cargoserver and run ./build_deploy.sh in the folder.
