Add quick selection to medical information/pre-existing conditions #8058

Situation Description

For better useability and faster selection of pre-existing conditions a quick selection should be introduced for cases as well as contacts. The feature description builds on #7607.

Feature Description

The quick selection should display following options:

Clear all
set cleared to No
Set cleared to Unkown

Next to that the quick selection should cover the following fields:

Pre-Existing conditions
Blood/Organ/Tissue Donation in the last 6 months
Pregnancy
Postpartum

@KristinaBorch @JaquM We should also add this to exposure details in both, cases and contacts. (https://github.com/hzi-braunschweig/SORMAS-Project/issues/2585)
