initial Family Member component #15

At the HackXmas2019 event, we made a separate repo, found here: https://github.com/allanwest/FamilyMembers

Currently it will show as 3 separate components with each with a number of children and adults. As is the components in the family-members subfolder can be copied into an existing Angular project. But it should potentially be converted to an Angular Library or Angular Elements.
