Device stats #4

What is the stats of the devices that the social workers uses? :)

Who knows?!

Our recommendation is this: Samsung Galaxy Tab A T585 25,54 cm (10,1 Inch) Tablet-PC (1,6 GHz Octa-Core, 2GB RAM, 32GB eMMC, LTE, Android 8,1)

But they might also just use the phone that's in their pocket.

@strabu I recommend using some analytics, either Google Analytics or others, they would be able to tell very precisely, what platforms, what screensizes, what browser and so forth 😄

Browser: Chrome. OS: Windows or Android Serviceworker has to work and IndexedDB too.

other platforms: not supported. We can do this because it's an internal tool.

Unfortunately we cannot (yet) collect data from the future. ;) We are starting right now to encourage users to use mobile devices additional to their Laptops.

The App is responsive and works already on PC, tablets and phones. Please keep this in mind when contributing components.

And our vision is to get social workers to use the already existing PWA regularly/daily as the social worker's personal tool and not monthly or quarterly just to enter assessment-forms. The App (PDB2) should not be an additional bureaucratic burden but a utility that minimizes/reduces social workers workload in the future. (1 social worker might be responsible for more than 100 families.)

We have around 5000 active users, most of them are social workers. We don't need to focus on other user-roles or actors.
