Handle "HEALTH_ERR" status #1

Currently the check does not handle ceph's HEALTH_ERR status. This should probably map to RC_CRIT.

I had a short look around - it seems like I'm most likely missing one of the cases in the checks map of the output. Can you capture the result of ceph status --format json-pretty if this happens again?

Sorry, didn't save the output. But yes, another case there is all what's missing. Adding that is enough.
