Send screen: incorrect fee is deducted from sending amount when pasting the maximum anonymity address and clicking the 'max' button

When user paste the maximum anonymity address and then click ‘max’ button fee is deducted incorrectly from the sending amount

Steps

1. Go to the receive screen
2. Paste the maximum anonymity address
3. Click the ‘max’ button

Actual: deducted fee is 0.001 (the same result when selecting offline address and than clicking 'max' button)

Expected: deducted fee is 0.011
