After restoring or creating new client from the lock screen the client doesn't work

When user restores or creates new client from the lock screen the client doesn't work

Steps:

1. Open the client
2. Go to the settings and click the 'lock client' button
3. Click the "Restore or create a new" button and then "I agree" on the "Restore web client or create a new one" pop up
4. Click "Login" button and then "I agree" on the "Restore web client" pop up
5. Fill in the seed phrase and click the "Submit" button
6. Enter and confirm password and click the "Get started" button

Expected: the client works

Actual: the client doesn't work, the address doesn't generate (the same result when creating new client)
