Incorrect smallest amount that can be requested or entered into the amount field #16

On the "Receive" screen in the requested amount field and on the "Send" screen in the amount field, the smallest amount you can request or enter in the amount field shouldn't be less than 0.00000001 BEAM. Exclude the possibility of entering a smaller number. 2022-04-20_12-47-15 2022-04-20_12-49-32
