[Send screen] When you switch the transaction type the fee isn't changed automatically #22

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the client and go to the send screen.
  2. Enter the regular address to the address field.
  3. Press the max button on the amount field (the transaction type is online).
  4. Switch the transaction type from online to offline. Expected result: the fee is recalculated automatically. Actual result: the fee isn't recalculated automatically. 2022-05-13_17-27-22
