While sending a max amount using regular (offline) address, the transaction expires #23

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the desktop wallet.
  2. Go to the receive screen and copy the regular address.
  3. Open the web client.
  4. Go to the send screen.
  5. Paste the copied address in the address field.
  6. Switch the transaction type from online to offline.
  7. Press the max button on the amount field.
  8. Tap the next button.
  9. Press the send button on the send confirmation screen. Expected result: the transaction sent. Actual result: Transaction expired. Current height: 559377, max kernel height: 559376. Failed. Transaction timed out. Transaction failed. Rollback... source-web-client-0.0.379-report.zip
