Move 'demo' to Dappnet #145

  1. Move the current demo to Dappnet
  2. Add all current sourc3 repositories
  3. Add new repository called 'SOURC3 Releases' with the latest binaries including web client

We might also need to add functionality to download files from the repo (from IPFS)
