'Add new' button: creation of new project and repository fails for all profiles except first one

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open web site and connect to web client
2. Change user profile to different from the first one
3. Navigate to the organizations screen
4. Open one off own organizations/projects
5. Click "Add new" button
6. Fill in a new project name/new repository name
7. Click 'continue' button Actual result: new project/repository creation fails Expected result: new project/repository is successfuly created
