from basemap code remove: Humanitarian OpenStreetMap - UNESCO GEODATA - UNESCO, add support for bing and google basemap

Google basemap is no longer supported cause by an incompatibility with OpenLayers API https://github.com/openlayers/ol2/issues/1450. Despite the fix was found nobody from the OpenLayers project has released a new 2.13.x version that could be used by GeoNode
