Adding Hebda 2022 libraries. Few notes:

• Library names match the sample names (there was a procedure for this, which I cannot recall);
• strand_type assumed as double, since not indicated otherwise;
• library_concentration set as "NA" as I did not find any information which looks anything like information reported for other libraries under that column. I don't know what library_concentration means/does/comes from so wasn't sure what I am looking for exactly apart from what I saw was reported in other publications.
• library_strategy set to "OTHER" since that's how it was reported in ENA
