Fix Parker2023

Fix Parker 2023 (changelog wrong place, remove old ERS codes from older study which had shotgun reads but I think maybe was not used - was confusing because sample_alias in PArker2023 ENA table corresponded to Parker2020 values, however separate ERS codes given for Parker2023 rather than actually re-using )
