To slightly clean and ease up the submitting of a new entry, we could use user triggered bot actions, in a similar manner to the nf-core bot

This could use the AMDirT autofill, merge, and validate commands :)

Been added for autofill, with a working version here

completed for now for autofill! Can make improvements over time

I'm not sure if merge will always work unfortunately because I can't see a way of how people would use it if they have to make corrections...
