It says the data is available from the Neotoma Palaeoecological Database (www.neotomadb.org), but I've had trouble finding it. This paper might not qualify.

pg 11 of supplement: 'Raw sequencing reads are available on the NCBI Short Read Archive (SRA) under BioProject accession PRJNA320875, with SRA accessions SRR3480229-SRR3480293'

Also note that there are also new data from Wang et al. 2017 in the same BioProject accession. That latter study is here: https://doi.org/10.1111/jbi.13010
