Publication for PRJEB12831 (ancient dental calculus metagenomes)? #360

I found a set of 31 ancient dental calculus metagenomes on NCBI/ENA, released in 2016, for which I can't find a publication.

Has anyone seen a publication for PRJEB12831, from the study by Camilla Speller "A plaque on both your houses: Exploring the history of urbanisation and infectious diseases through the study of archaeological dental tartar"?

It would be great to find out what these are and to add them here, so I'll email her if no one knows if they've been published.

Hey there isn't a paper yet. Apparently it is being worked on. Camilla says please feel free to contact her directly if she can help :)
