Description:

Add zenodo.json to override auto-created contributor names as the GitHub names of members are different from the actuals.

Tested with a dummy repository

@PrasadBabarendaGamage I don't have admin access to the upstream repository anymore. So in my Zenodo account, I don't see the sparc-me project. But the DOI is not broken, so I guess if we do a release, it should successfully version the repository in the Zenodo.
