python installation does not setup the `sparql-anything` command line on mac #21

At least on my laptop that does not seem to be available after installation. I am running Ventura 13.6.7 (22G720).

Untrue! The problem was that I was installing it with Python 3.8, therefore, I was installing PySA v 0.8.1 that is the latest compatible with Py3.8 and it did not come with the CLI.
