Replicates for country = 'CA', state = 'TX' and 'DC'. Karan wrote script that outputs all unique country and state values obtained from query along with the first station ID associated with them (appear in console window). I was able to track down several DB records that included a whitespace after the 2-letter designator for these countries/states, these ones are now fixed. Please note any other similar issues here and troubleshoot accordingly...once we're confident we've found them all we can turn off the script.
