Add full viscoelastic kernels in 3D_Cartesian, undoing full attenuation as already done in 3D_GLOBE #14

Add full viscoelastic kernels in 3D_Cartesian, undoing full attenuation (already done in 3D_GLOBE in July 2013, but not ported to 3D_Cartesian yet), i.e. implement the UNDO_ATTENUATION option of 3D_GLOBE in 3D.

This will be much easier once we make SPECFEM3D_GLOBE and SPECFEM3D much more similar, see geodynamics/specfem3d_globe#26 .
