Unbalanced load per partition #1477

Dear All,

I have a question about decomposing mesh. When I tried to do it in the end I get the message below:

load per partition: imbalance = 3.920699 % (0% being totally balanced, 100% being unbalanced)

Is the "unbalanced" partition will severely affect the simulation?
