I am a new specfem3d user. When I try to run the command line '.bin/xcreate_movie_shakemap_avs_dx_GMT' , I am reminded that I need the surface_from_mesher.h file. But I do not know how to generate such files, how should I operate to meet the requirements? Thank you in advance
