Request for advice on SPECFEM3D-newmark time integration algorithm #1708
I have been using SPECFEM3D for ground motion simulations for some time and now plan to delve deeper into the code to study the algorithms. However, I am struggling to understand the Newmark time integration algorithm employed in SPECFEM3D. My specific concerns are detailed in the attached Word file.
Any comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
