BUG: processing finishes without producing results and without providing any feedback why. #165

Infinite recursion can occur when there is a mistake in the dck. a = b b = a

When using the pytrnsys environment, such an issue is caught. When using the pytrnsys-gui environment, no such issue is raised.

It is unclear, however, how such a condition got to the dck.
