Simplify getting high quality pdf/other versions of bokeh plots. #189

As a user, I like the interactive functionality of the bokeh plots. The html, however produces very poor quality png images. Thus, it currently seems I need to produce these plots from scratch.

An automated export of these plot using high quality would be appreciated.
