Add an option to keep the online plotters open #190

As a user, the online plotter can be quite helpful. It would be nice to keep the online plotter open when running a simulation using the run.config file.

Though one can abort the simulation and re-run the deck file using trnsys directly, this additional step increases the opportunity for human error.
