Heat variables going to the SPF need "Demand" or "D" at the end #82

Heat balance variables are only considered for the SPF, if they end in "Demand" or "D". This is not documented. We should add this. Probably also in the heat balance comment of each ddck.

Probably this should be improved to move away from hard-coded name fragments.
