Save version of GUI in generated files #469

As a user, I'd like the version of the GUI with which a file was written to be saved to the written file. This includes

  1. The diagram JSON file
  2. Hydraulic ddck
  3. Storage tank ddcks
  4. The dck file
  5. ... [did I forget any automatically generated files?]

In some cases, this can help to remember what version of the GUI was used when "it last just worked (tm)" ;).
