cold tap is hardcoded in automatic hydraulic export #490

As a User, I do not want to fix the hydraulic file every time I export it. For the cold tap, the temperature and the massflow is hardcoded there. Thus, adding a file to control the tap, requires adjusting the Tcw hardcoded in the hydraulic.ddck.

This could be overcome by putting the hardcoded values:

in the automatic exported hydraulic control
in a tap specific ddck
