Update from 1.7 to 1.8 #35

  1. Change raw test to JSON Component in Text1, Text2, Text3 and Text4 of signs.
  2. Use namespaced IDs in /give, /summon, /setblock, /enchant and /effect.

I will work on this once anyone requests before Minecraft JE 1.15 releases.
