There are cases where an individual may be listed as adult and then chick when ordered chronologically, obviously wrong (e.g. 14154750 in PEW pipeline). To deal with this we could:

Individual is chick on the same year or later than it was an adult (ERROR)
Age !>= previous age chronologically (WARNING)
