Changes to MON and UAN pipelines #184

This PR makes changes to the MON and UAN pipelines in order to fix some issues with the standard data output.

The main things it does are:

Removes the extra columns in the UAN pipeline
Filters out incorrectly formatted IndvIDs in the MON pipeline
Adds tests to the MON pipeline
Suppresses coercion warnings in MON pipeline
Renames function arguments in the MON pipeline to make them consistent
