Fix RingSeason issue in NIOO pipeline #195

Whilst checking the NIOO data, I noticed that some individuals have a wrong RingSeason assigned. For example, individual with IndvID 529977 has RingSeason 2021, whereas all captures are in 2018.

Fixed in 789e5a276fec8fb44d0b7c679cc18633f8b054ec
