Estimate clutch size/brood size from capture records in CHO #20

There are some cases (e.g. BroodID = 2004_NA) where we have records of chicks being captured, but no brood size, clutch size etc. written down. In these cases, we can give at least a minimum Brood/Clutch size with some error. Currently these just return NA.

This will be dealt with when we update CHO pipeline to v1.1
