Version control - Create update function

Create a bash script to add newly update data. This script should:

• Create a folder Archive/current_date which where the new data will be added.
• Replace the data in the /PopID_SiteName_Country folder that will be used as the current data.
• Append on the meta-data file with information concerning the date of the last update.

Note: This means that the current data is stored BOTH in an Archive folder AND in the main data folder. When this current data is superseded it will be replaced in the main data folder and so will only be available in the archive.
