2系のコードは、現在のディレクトリに新しく"python2”フォルダを作ってそこに入れて、3系のコードの名前を gen_top_elastic_network_py3.py -> gen_top_elastic_network.py map_to_cg_py3.py -> map_to_cg.py にしといてもらえますか？
