byond being broke #1130

Issue reported from Round ID: 5207 (S.P.L.U.R.T.)

Reporting client version: 515.1634 whenever i try to use something like the genitals menu it flashes a blank white square for a couple seconds and nothing happens all i did was update byond

You need to install byond 514 to play atm, the code isn't yet compatible with 515
