[BOUNTY] Porting any missing Quirks from S.P.L.U.R.T. ($50)

Port over any special quirks missing in the current codebase but available on SPLURT

Dullahans and Gargoyles would both be species, rather than quirks-- that said, most of these seem fairly possible to do. Dullahans already exist but would need to receive a major update to make them workable.

Zirok mentioned $50 might be a bit low for the work involved here, especially with pseudo-species quirks that would require a lot more time. It seems like this bounty is for all of the quirks rather than individual ones, and it may be more prudent to split this up into smaller bounties for each quirk, or for the normal quirks and the pseudospecies quirks categorized separately.

They would still be quirks since they're quirks in our codebase, and that gives more customization possibilities to players

I'm still willing to discuss the price considering the effort required to port each quirk, we just keep it as the same bounty just for organization in the projects page, but if several people want to take different quirks they're free to
