Merge Archos firmware 2.4.19 with Urukdroid (OC PowerVR GPU from 166mhz to 220mhz!!!) #79

Hello

The big change that done by Archos in 2.4.19 firmware in my opinion is 
overclocking the GPU from 166Mhz to 220Mhz. "Antutu benchmark" shows that 3D 
score on the original 2.4.19 rom is faster then Urukdroid 1.5.1 overclocked to 
1100mhz!!! those mean that Urukdroid release that will be based on 2.4.19 rom 
will be fast as HELL!!!!!!
I would like to have Uruk-config release that will give the option of changing 
the speed of GPU.
