I would like to fine-tine BENDR on a custom csv-based EEG set (fixed-sized 256Hz epochs selected in R, with columns individual electrodes) obtained from people with and without epilepsy.
In the current scripts the data is loaded from unprocessed (i.e., edf) formats.
How to modify the fine-tuning such that it loads csv-files? For example a directory with controls and a directory with cases.
