Same goals as the kinematics foundation, instead of worrying too much about connecting all the models and an interface together, we should just start to get some code down and go from there.
If we can get some fairly generic functions to answer these questions I think we will have a good base to work with to start combining and moving forward.
We should put into the world our actual goals for the E+M model.
What should it be able to do?
Best approach for implementing our goals?
