One main issue is to tackle the save of NC plot sankey over CO plot sankey which come first and it's not printed at the end of the run. I'm not sure where to work...

What do you mean? Where do you experience that issue?

I you keep RunSingle Model with CO a NC it "overwrite" the NC over the CO case
